Etsy has an amazingly loyal following of customers who are looking for niche items and specialty gifts — but the platform isn’t always top of mind for everything else. To change that, we explored a fresh new look and feel that showcased new music, VO talent and wide range of merch to help shoppers see that whatever they need, whenever they need it: Etsy has it.

In a world of convenience shopping, we wanted to remind consumers that not all of the items they purchase online are created equal. In fact, unless you buy from Etsy, very little of it is truly “created” at all.

Following the heartfelt anthem spot created by Etsy’s partner agency, Orchard, it was time to amplify the message and strengthen the human connection — between seller and buyer and consumer and brand — highlighting what (and who) makes Etsy.

This OOH campaign appeared across major cities in the US and the UK. Each piece highlighted an actual seller in their workspace and was accompanied by a series of spots and longer form videos that put Etsy sellers (and the unique talents they to bring to Etsy) in the spotlight.

When it comes to the holiday season, it may be the thought that counts, but only Etsy can connect people with sellers for one-of-a-kind gifts that truly matter.

For the holiday season, we introduced the story of a family who lost their beloved dog, Hunter, as they connect with a real seller who gives them a special way to honor their furry BFF this year and beyond.

Like any sensible cookie, Oreo celebrated its birthday with a giant party. Unlike other sensible cookies, they knew that celebrating 100 years of shared moments called more than just cake(-flavored Oreos).

To start the next 100 years off right, they wanted to do something that had never been done before — they decided to share and/or create a memory, every day, for 100 days leading up to their big day.

With daily posts, people took notice and The Daily Twist helped the world fall in love again with Oreo again. The campaign went on to win loads of awards and became the most successful on Facebook ev-AR — (for better or worse) changing the way brands do Social Media.

When Ellevest was a new-ish brand they set out to conquer an age-old problem — the investment gap. Never heard of it? I can assure you, it’s a thing.

Creating a platform tailored to the unique investment goals and challenges women face was only half the battle. We also needed to establish a new way to talk about money to get the attention of an audience that’s used to being overlooked.

That all started with finding the right tone and voice. Once established, this no BS approach set itself apart from other financial companies and, more importantly, reached women where they are to talk to them about the things mattered most.

In doing so, we helped women all over make money moves. And tripled engagement rates opening the door for bigger conversations and new offerings.  

Amazon is the sum of its delivery partners. Without warehouses, logistics, and drivers a company known for getting anything, anywhere would never be what it is.

This video is a salute to those people, places and things that are made possible by Amazon’s Delivery Partners. Without them, the necessities, impulse buys — and whatever else is in your cart —may never make it from the warehouse to your house.

Following the launch of VISA Checkout, the brand hoped to turn awareness into enrollment through a series of strategic promotions with heavy-hitting brands — the biggest of which was Dunkin’ Donuts.

For this partnership, we enlisted the help of Joel McHale to show people what really happens when America’s #1 get’er done brand meets the (then) newest quick-and-easy way to pay. (Here’s a hint: it saves them so they can “Get Stuff Dunkin’”.

The campaign spanned TV, PR, Social, and Digital and featured snarky contextual video summaries in places people waste the most time. While it’s unclear just how many seconds were saved in the making of this campaign, we can say with certainty that it worked. Redemption maxed out in the first few days (and the promotion was extended).

To announce the launch of All Small & Mighty, the brand went all in on a partnership with The Celebrity Apprentice. Unfortunately their big bet did less to raise brand awareness and more to raise eyebrows — in a bad way.

To clean things up, the ALL team asked for help. We worked with two of the show’s stars, Joan & Melissa Rivers, to create a new, family-friendly videos that would leave a better impression on laundry-loving viewers. To sweeten the deal, ALL offered to donate 50 cents to each of the stars’ favorite charities every time these new videos were shared.

After a single promo ran on the air, the site saw more traffic in the first 14 days of the program than it normally sees in six months: that meant over 140K unique visitors, spending an average of almost five minutes on the site which. In other words, the stars’ charity contributions were maxed and the video redo was nothing short of a Small & Mighty success.
